He answered my inquiry right away, came over pretty quick for an estimate, anytime I had a question he answered, kept me updated with time frames and progress. 110% reliable, punctual, and professional throught. And very skilled at their profession; the flooring they laid looks absolutely amazing! We could not be happier with our choice of TH flooring. Would recommend to friends, family, anyone and everyone! We recently had the flooring in our house done and couldn’t be happier with the results. Todd was extremely precise with his work and paid close attention to the details, which really shows in the finished floors. Everything looks clean, even, and professionally done. Todd also made sure to clean up thoroughly after the job was finished, which we really appreciated. It’s not always easy having work done in your home, but he made the process smooth and respectful of our space. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality flooring.

I have been Blessed with contractors in my life! Todd Haven is NO exception. I needed carpeting AND Laminate planking flooring done in my outdated house. WOW! Him and his crew are very efficient,knowledgeable,fast,precise and leave NO room for error. The are very kind,respectful, listen well to your concerns and are kinda' funny too..:-) (Sense of humor) Fun to talk with them. Todd did a wonderful job installing our engineered wood flooring. He stayed on task and got the job done quickly and kept things clean as he went. He even came back to install some finishing pieces when they came in. Todd was easy to work with, stayed in contact and was professional over all.

TH flooring recently did our entire basement (two bedrooms, a large living space, and a bathroom) and our stairs. Not only does his work look great, but he’s an awesome worker. Very clean, professional, and pleasant to have in your home. I wouldn’t ask anyone else to do our flooring after having TH work in our home. He did a combination of vinyl flooring and carpet and both were done as close to perfect as one can expect.
